Our approach involves identifying a problem or an opportunity, creating a comprehensive business plan, and presenting it to potential investors. We then offer participants the chance to buy shares within a reasonable period.
Project Management and Accountability
Once the shares are purchased and contracts are signed, we form a board with clear meeting frequencies. This board holds U-Invest accountable for the management of the project. We provide regular narrative and financial reports, ensuring transparency in all transactions. Financial decisions are made by the board, with one or two members becoming signatories.
Collaborative Business Development
Do you have a smart and bankable idea but lack the means to realize it? At U-Invest, we help transform your dreams into realities. You bring us your business idea, and together with our team, we develop a business plan and mobilize starting capital. The idea holder leads their project and is compensated accordingly. U-Invest takes responsibility for presenting the plan to potential shareholders and ensuring transparency once the project starts.
